This isn't just any sunflower!  This sunflower came all the way from South Korea, about two hours outside of Seoul.  The terrain is extremely mountainous and lush with green foliage.  The little sunflower was shining bright on a hillside and almost smiling at me.  Can you say "kimcheeee"... that's probably only funny if you have lived in Korea.
